REFUND POLICY
A note to our customers:
Please note that for products ordered either from our 'brick & mortar' store or from our website, we do not give refunds on ingestible items and any refunds on other items will be given only if items are returned without customer damage or tampering i.e. in the case of electronic devices.
Customers must also be mindful , that the receipt is required when returning any items.
Notice must be given by the customer to AMAZE within 14 days of purchasing the item(s) that there is a problem with the item(s).Shipping cost to return the item(s) are to be paid by the customer.
